Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward — stay subscribed to hear when that changes!
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Allow an additional 3–5 days for it to appear on your statement.
Each product page lists the specific materials used. Our pieces are made from high-quality materials including 14k gold fill, sterling silver, and hypoallergenic metals. We prioritize pieces that are gentle on sensitive skin.
With proper care, our necklaces are designed to stay beautiful for a long time. Gold fill pieces are highly tarnish resistant. To extend the life of any piece, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotion.
Store your necklaces in a cool, dry place — ideally in a pouch or box to avoid tangles. Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
